Overall 8 participants, including teachers and the director of elementary school Odra, ensured a working and constructive atmoshpere. The result were visible by the completion of the Education. During the Education, the participants became competent to develop EU projects themselves.

- Problem analysis and development of a problem tree
- Development of an objective tree
- Overall and specific objectives definition
- Development of a project proposal logical matrix
- Project proposal budget planning
- PADOR registration etc.
During the Education, the participants developed frame of two project proposals.
